As a realtor, lenders reach out daily asking me to recommend them as my preferred lender. Through my years in real estate, I've met MANY lenders so I take recommending a preferred lender very seriously. 

You need a lender who cares about your situation and needs. And obviously, you need someone who has access to the best rates, who is transparent, provides the best advice, and who is reliable and easy to work with. 

In the end, I chose Drew Fisher. He is the only lender I will work with for my own deals. That said, I always encourage my buyers to shop around. But I am confident that if they choose Drew, they will be in good hands.
